Fundación Laboral de la Construcción has just launched a new, free, short online course on the theme of “Non-discriminatory work environments: effective equality between women and men. Construction”.

On the occasion of the commemoration of International Women’s Day on 8 March, the joint entity has launched this 6-hour training course with the aim of raising awareness among students about effective equality in order to promote workplaces free of discrimination.

As indicated in this course, “effective equality is worked on in this training by breaking three main stereotypes: those suffered by the sector; those that have led to construction not looking at women and women not looking at construction; as well as those that hinder equality in relation to the prevention of occupational hazards”.
