A document outlining the updated situation of the European countries analysed in the initial proposal (Italy and Spain) and a prospectus of the Latin American countries participating in the project (Chile and Argentina), with the aim of establishing a starting Status Quo.
Based on the data extracted for the Status Quo, a self-assessment tool is made available to society to determine the level of equity within organisations regarding women’s access to the construction sector.
A document outlining a series of actions or measures that entities and organisations in the sector can implement to improve and increase the situation of women in construction. Additionally, it includes measures to promote qualification in green, sustainable, and innovation skills, thereby enhancing women’s opportunities for integration into the sector.
The creation of various working groups consisting of women from the sector, training and vocational education companies, as well as businesses and freelancers. These groups will address the reality of women in construction in relation to the need for professionalisation, gender perspective training, the development of training materials and resources, and the integration of gender perspective across all areas.
A document that outlines the main conclusions drawn from the Statu Quo, the level of equality within construction sector organisations, and a set of action plans to address the need to improve the situation of women on construction sites.
