PURPOSE D: Registration and payment for Courses and Training Activities

Description of the purpose: The data of users who register as participants in the Courses and/or Training Activities developed by FUNDACIÓN LABORAL will be processed primarily for managing, processing, and carrying out activities related to the Courses and Training Activities and, when appropriate, for managing payments. In the case of e-learning, their contact data will be processed to grant access to the online training platform and send login credentials by email. Their data will also be processed to issue the participation certificate and/or relevant certification. FUNDACIÓN LABORAL will not access or process payment card data. The card data is entered directly into the secure payment gateway, without FUNDACIÓN LABORAL accessing it.

PURPOSE E: Request for information about Courses and Training Activities

Description of the purpose: The data of users may be processed by FUNDACIÓN LABORAL primarily to manage and process requests for information about the different Course and Training Activity opportunities available on the Fundación Laboral de la Construcción website at www.cursosenconstrucción.com. PURPOSE H: Registration in the Job Exchange (CV submission)

Description of the purpose: The personal data of users may be processed by FUNDACIÓN LABORAL through the forms available on the website managed by FUNDACIÓN LABORAL for this purpose, to manage their registration in the FUNDACIÓN LABORAL Job Exchange. FUNDACIÓN LABORAL may also process users’ data to manage the services available within the platform.
