On June 18, Fundación Laboral de la Construcción presented the ‘Women Can Build’ initiatives at the roundtable ‘Employment Options that Break Gender Stereotypes‘, organised by the Centro de la Mujer de Guadalajara. The primary objective was to raise awareness and promote equal opportunities in the workplace, with a special focus on breaking down traditional barriers and expanding employment options across all genders.

Begoña Ortiz, Head of Employment at Fundación Laboral de la Construcción Castilla-La Mancha, showcased the current ‘Women Can Build LatAm’ initiative along with other training projects being carried out by the institution to improve sectoral employment and enhance the incorporation of women into the workforce.

The event brought together professionals and representatives from diverse entities committed to gender equality at work. They explored existing employment opportunities and fostered collaborations with other organisations to promote greater labour market inclusion.
