The executive director and founder of RedMaestra, María Paz Achurra, received the ‘100 Women Leaders 2025’ award in the Social Service category, granted by Economía y Negocios of El Mercurio and Mujeres Empresarias de Chile. This recognises her work in opening new opportunities for women in technical trades and forming transformative alliances, including her participation in the ‘Women Can Build LatAm’ project.

Furthermore, she was selected among the ’50 Leaders Developing Talent in Chile’ by the OTIC of the Chilean Chamber of Construction, in the category of Promoter of Inclusive Learning. This recognition highlights the work of those breaking down barriers related to gender, age, disability or origin, and promoting equitable access to training.

Thanks to the ‘Women Can Build LatAm’ project, the collaboration network between Latin America and Europe has been strengthened, opening up new opportunities for interaction and partnerships that we will continue to share as they materialise into new impactful milestones.
