The prestigious Chilean newspaper Las Últimas Noticias has dedicated a special article to RedMaestra, a pioneering organisation in the training of women in technical trades, highlighting its six years of experience and its participation in the international project ‘Women Can Build LatAm’, promoted by Fundación Laboral de la Construcción of Spain.
In the publication, María Paz Achurra, founder and executive director of RedMaestra, highlights how the organisation aims to make women visible and connect them in order to empower them to become true agents of change.
The note also includes the inspiring testimony of María Luisa and Marlene, two women trained by RedMaestra who today lead their own company. In each of their projects, they integrate other women from the community, generating a collaborative network that promotes teamwork and the inclusion of women in the labour market.
