In the commemoration of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, which is celebrated every year on 28 April, la Fundación Laboral de la Construcción  is organising the webinar ‘The management of occupational risk prevention with a gender approach’, with the aim of facilitating knowledge on how to integrate the gender perspective in preventive activity in the construction sector.

In this online webinar, which will take place on 30 April, Fundación Laboral de la Construcción will address the specific challenges faced by a historically masculinised sector with regard to the incorporation of the gender perspective in preventive activity. Furthermore, it will also present the requirements derived from the current regulatory framework, as well as the urgent need to attract qualified talent – male and female – in order to meet the growing demand of professionals.
