RedMaestra and the Catholic University of Temuco organise a discussion group with key actors in the Chilean sector

The Chilean partners collect experiences, lessons learned and good practices from sectoral experts in the field of gender equality.

RedMaestra and the Catholic University of Temuco met today with different representatives of the construction sector to discuss the challenges and opportunities that contribute to increasing women’s participation in the construction sector.

Both organisations invited different key actors in the industry, such as: companies, trainees, trainers, academic members, among others; to share their experiences and learnings on this subject, contributing to the development of the ‘Women Can Build LatAm’ project.

This meeting is part of the actions carried out within the framework of the project -promoted by Fundación Laboral de la Construcción and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union- and is in addition to the activities that will be carried out in the coming months.
