With the aim of promoting more equal working environments, Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, as part of the “Cimientos para el Empleo” (Foundations for Employment) project, has produced an awareness-raising Manual aimed at companies in the sector. This document, which is handed out during prospecting visits, serves as a practical tool to support organisations in incorporating equality measures and inclusive talent management.

The Manual includes information on the services that the entityoffers to companies, as well as a specific section dedicated to equal opportunities. It details the main benefits of applying equality policies, proposes specific measures adapted to SMEs, and includes the current regulations on equality and prevention of discrimination.

In addition, this resource seeks to raise awareness among companies of the added value of integrating equality as part of their sustainability and social responsibility strategy, highlighting how this contributes to improving talent attraction and retention, productivity and corporate reputation.
